Yes, Villa Margherita is a historic villa overlooking the sea in Quercianella, near Livorno. Its panoramic terraces, natural light and romantic atmosphere make it a unique setting for a seaside wedding.
Is it possible to hold the ceremony directly at the venue?
Yes, it is possible to celebrate a symbolic ceremony at the Villa. The panoramic terrace with direct access to the sea is particularly evocative, especially at sunset.
Which spaces are available for a wedding?
Villa Margherita offers several areas to experience throughout the wedding day: sea-view terraces for aperitifs and buffet receptions, a terraced pool area, a panoramic seaside terrace and a large, elegant and bright indoor hall for the main reception.
Is the venue reserved for our wedding?
For weddings, the areas dedicated to the event are reserved for the couple and their guests. The organization is always carefully planned to ensure harmony, smooth transitions between moments and a refined experience throughout the day.
How many guests can Villa Margherita accommodate?
The Villa is suitable both for intimate weddings and for receptions with a larger number of guests, up to approximately 180–200 people. Capacity and space layout are evaluated together according to the style of the event.
Is the catering managed internally?
Yes, Villa Margherita has an in-house kitchen. We take care of every detail, from the aperitif to the wedding cake. This allows us to closely manage every phase of the service, ensuring quality, freshness and attention to detail.
Is it possible to customize the wedding menu?
Absolutely. The menu is designed together with the couple, starting from a base proposal and adapting it to personal tastes, seasonality and the overall style of the wedding.
How are allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements handled?
We pay great attention to every guest’s needs. In the case of allergies, intolerances or specific dietary preferences, we prepare dedicated alternatives to ensure everyone can enjoy the reception.
Are special arrangements available for children?
Yes, dedicated solutions and children’s menus can be arranged, designed specifically to suit younger guests’ tastes.
Is a menu tasting included before the wedding?
After confirming the event, it is possible to arrange a tasting experience, allowing the couple to choose the dishes for the reception with complete peace of mind.
Is it possible to accommodate guests at the hotel?
Villa Margherita has 20 rooms on site. Availability and accommodation arrangements for guests can be evaluated together, depending on the needs of the wedding.
What type of décor and setup is included?
The Villa takes care of the basic setup of the main reception areas, following the style and theme chosen by the couple. More elaborate decorations, such as floral arrangements, can be customized with external suppliers.
Is it possible to add extra services to make the wedding even more special?
Yes, the wedding can be enhanced with additional services such as open bar, musical entertainment, themed food stations and other tailor-made proposals.
Is music allowed during the reception?
Music accompanies the reception according to arrangements agreed with the couple. Personalized entertainment can be organized in compliance with current regulations.
