What kind of events can be hosted at Villa Margherita?
At Villa Margherita we host both private and corporate events, including baptisms, first communions, confirmations, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, graduation parties, marriage proposals, engagement parties, corporate dinners and group events.
Each event is designed on a tailor-made basis, according to the number of guests and your specific needs.
Is it possible to organize an event without staying at the hotel?
Yes, it is possible to host an event at Villa Margherita even without an overnight stay. We are happy to welcome both external guests and hotel guests.
How many guests can be accommodated for an event?
The number of guests depends on the type of event, the spaces used and the chosen format. We recommend contacting us so we can evaluate together the most suitable solution.
Are different menu options available for events?
Yes, we offer several menu options, both buffet-style and served at the table, with the possibility of adapting the proposal to the occasion and guests’ preferences.
Can event menus be customized?
Yes, all event menus can be customized. The gastronomic offer can be tailored according to tastes, dietary requirements and the overall style of the event.
How are food allergies, intolerances and special dietary needs handled?
We pay great attention to guests’ dietary needs. In the case of allergies, intolerances or specific requirements, we prepare dedicated alternatives, provided we are informed in advance.
Are there special conditions for children?
Yes, participation is free for children up to 3 years of age. For children aged 3 to 8 years, a reduced rate applies, with the possibility of a dedicated children’s menu.
Are event spaces reserved exclusively?
A dedicated area is always reserved for the event, either on the terrace or in the indoor hall. Full exclusive use of the restaurant are is available upon request, with an additional fee to be agreed upon.
Is it possible to have music or entertainment during the event?
Background music provided by the Villa is included during events. In case of exclusive use of the restaurant, it is possible to play a personal playlist or arrange live music or a DJ set, in compliance with current regulations.
Can extra services be added to the event?
Yes, events can be enhanced with additional services such as dedicated aperitifs, open bar, customized setups, show cooking and other tailor-made options upon request.
How long does an event usually last?
The standard duration of an event is four hours, with the possibility of extending it upon prior agreement and with an additional fee.
Is it possible to visit the venue before confirming the event?
Absolutely. We always recommend scheduling an appointment to visit the Villa, discover the available spaces and create a personalized proposal together.
