Highway:

Take the A11/E76, A12/E80 and Variante Aurelia towards Strada Statale 1/SS1 in Livorno

Take the Livorno exit towards Livorno

Enter Strada Statale 1/SS1 towards Rome-Grosseto

Once you reach Quercianella, continue along Via del Litorale until the end of the town.

At the Castiglioncello/Quercianella crossroads, turn right for Quecianella. At the end of the descent, turn right again and enter Via Mario Puccini.

At number 44 on your left (sea side) you will find the access to the villa's avenue.

 

Florence Pisa Livorno Fi Pi Li:

Take the Livorno Roma-Grosseto exit towards Livorno

Enter Strada Statale 1/SS1 towards Rome-Grosseto

Once you reach Quercianella, continue along Via del Litorale until the end of the town.
